APT-C-59 behind 0-day attacks on East Asia

In the first half of 2021, multiple attacks from the same new APT organization were discovered. The attacker behind them was named APT-C-59 (Wuqiongdong). The earliest attacks organized by APT-C-59 (Wuqiongdong) can be traced back to August 2020. In the early days, the organization used 0-day vulnerabilities of some browsers to attack relevant units in China and the Vietnam area. The organization's target areas are mainly East Asia and Southeast Asia, involving governments, think tanks, media, and medical industries.
