Through the malicious CHM file, the ASEC analysis team confirmed that a backdoor disguised as a document editing and messenger program used by many domestic users was being distributed in Korea. Malicious CHM files, which have been disseminated in various forms recently, have been introduced twice through the ASEC blog in March. The malicious CHM file to be introduced this time executes additional malicious files through a different process than before.
